- Strictly by appointment only.
- Redemption valid daily, Monday to Sunday & PH from 10AM to 10PM.
- Kindly arrive 10 minutes earlier prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.
- Redemption is permissible only with E-Voucher and NRIC or FIN presented on the day of appointment.
- E-Voucher will be considered as redeemed for any no shows.
- Limited to first-time customers and those who have not visited the Spa in the past 12 months.
- Valid for both male and female customers aged 21 years old & above.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, Employment Pass & Dependent Pass holders.
- Not valid with other promotions and discounts.
- Not valid for redemption of AMEX promotion. Promotion can only be utilised in person at the outlet.
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed upon confirmation of purchase.
